Job description
As a Centre Supervisor/Head of the Kcare you will
- Mentor and supervise a team of KCare Programme staff and support staff in providing quality education, holistic development, and care for the children.
- Mentor and supervise the team in ensuring compliance to standard operating procedures, safety and health standards.
- Plan, oversee and ensure the smooth daily operations KCARE centre including staff deployment and weekly programme schedules.
- Plan and guide the team to implement the KCare programme with close reference to the KCare Guide (B): Programme Guide.
- Plan and guide the team execute pre-planned indoor, outdoor activities, holiday programme and learning journey.
- Ensure professional development of staff and look into their well-being.
- Provide MOE Kindergarten centre head/deputy centre head with timely updates on all centre events and activities.
- Work closely with Kcare Management Team to update and resolve matters that pertains to centre needs and ensure meeting of organisation and centre goals.
- Build and maintain rapport with stakeholders (children, parents, and school personnel) and communicate with them in a timely manner.
- Take a class and conduct pre-planned activities and routine care whenever needed.
Requirements
Singaporeans or SPR only.
Passed ECDA pre employment medical Checkup @ SATA
At least 2 years of experience of supervisory experience
Fluent in spoken and written English preferred
Competent in microsoft office
A Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education-Teaching (DECCE-T) (or equivalent) or
A Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education – Leadership (DECCE-L) (or equivalent)
