Job Responsibilities:
• Provide sales and service assistance for banking customers
• Ensure that all service queries are resolved timely
• Resolve sales problems by identifying and selecting solutions from acquired technical experience and precedent
• Deliver quality service to customers and refer potential customers to Bank Acquisition Managers
• Assist in meeting overall branch sales and service goals
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding bank, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Job Qualifications:
At least 3 years in a bank/financial institution or/and at least 5 years if no bank experience
Customer service in banking industry and working knowledge relevant experience, practices and standards is preferred
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
