Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets for DDR and Linear Motors within Singapore and the region.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with a focus on motors or similar industrial products.
Proven track record in regional sales, particularly within Singapore and neighboring markets.
Strong knowledge of Direct Drive Rotary (DDR) Motors, Linear Motors, and related motion control technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a goal-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Willingness to travel within the region as required.
