Office Design and Build Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team, specializing in commercial interior design and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing tenders, cost estimation, and managing contracts for a variety of commercial projects. We seek a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in quantity surveying and a genuine passion for the interior design and renovation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit tenders for interior fit-out and renovation projects.

• Perform quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and manage progress claims.

• Oversee contractual matters, including project cost control, variation orders, and final claims.

• Source and evaluate subcontractors, suppliers, and materials to ensure cost efficiency.

• Collaborate closely with project teams on contractual negotiations and ensure project timelines are met.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on office renovation projects.

• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.

• Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD, Excel).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
