Sales Executive/ Engineer (MNC/ Oil&Gas)

• Develop strategies for business growth to enhance sales opportunities within target markets in Singapore.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Identify high-potential accounts for growth, as well as new account opportunities for conversion.
• Conduct customer negotiations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales effectively and efficiently.
• Pursue strategic sales by conducting on-site visits and building local relationships.
• Foster strong connections with customers and their service teams, implementing renewal proposals for existing products.
• Regularly visit and follow up with customers to boost maintenance sales.
• Monitor competitor actions and stay updated on industry developments.
• Consistently seek opportunities for continuous improvement in sales approaches.
• Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses.
• Participate in relevant exhibitions and sales events, especially those related to the oil and gas industry.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirement:

• 2-3 years of experience in sales of electrical, measurements or any product in industries like oil, gas, marine, petroleum, or semiconductor.
• Self-motivated and committed, with a focus on value-based selling.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while being proactive within a team.
• Performance-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about achieving sales goals.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to leverage resources and collaborate with operational teams.
• Customer-focused, strategic, and unafraid to challenge conventional approaches.
