JOB DESCRIPTION
- Collaborate with the Quality Improvement team to identify opportunities for process automation and optimization
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using RPA tools to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency in quality assurance processes
- Analyze existing quality workflows and recommend automation solutions to enhance productivity and reduce manual effort
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications for automation projects
- Test and troubleshoot automation scripts to ensure accuracy, reliability, and adherence to quality standards
- Document automation workflows, procedures, and best practices for knowledge sharing and future reference
- Assist in the evaluation and selection of RPA tools, plugins, and integrations to support quality improvement initiatives
- Provide support and training to team members on using automation tools and techniques effectively.
- Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts and tools, such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc
- Experience in MS Power BI dashboard creation
- Ability to analyze complex processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization
- 100% on-site
- Monday to Friday - 9.00 am to 6.30 pm
