About the Team
The Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, Livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships with authors; It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for expanding ecological boundaries.
Responsibilities:
- Have a comprehensive understanding of the intricate international content and accurately extract and define the live-streaming content;
- Write clear guidelines for live-streaming content labeling and execute labeling training accurately;
- Capable of managing overseas labeling manpower and establishing the standardized labeling process and product of complex problems;
- Understand the optimization of supply and consumption structure, enhance category diversity, and promote the healthy development of the content ecosystem.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field.
- Strong data-oriented thinking, proficient in statistics analysis methodology and analysis-related tools;
- Have a strong understanding of content, be able to identify and analyze problems, and effectively combine business forms and product logic to formulate solutions, and have excellent process management awareness and extensive project promotion experience;
- Mature risk awareness, good content perception, clear logical thinking, efficient communication and expression, strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to handle pressure;
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese Mandarin is essential, as you will be required to communicate with external stakeholders in Mandarin.
