Responsibilities and Duties:
- Performing day to day billing operations within a timeframe.
- Generate, checking invoices and its accuracy, resolving customer question and liaise with account holders on quotation.
- Sending e-invoices to customers and overseas agents within deadline.
- Liaise with finance department on invoice approval and recovery matters.
- Monitor shipments pending for Routine Order advice.
- Submit monthly report.
- Attend monthly meeting.
- Attend to enquiries, complaints and request from inter department / within department / customers and overseas agent.
- Assist Manager / Supervisor to enforce operational system/requirements.
Job Requirement:
- Possess “O”, “A” level, and Diploma.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Excel skills is advantage.
- At least 1 Year of working experience in billing (air freight industry).
- 5.5 day (Alternate Saturday)
