Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily activities of baggage handlers and other support staff.
Ensure that staff follow all safety and operational procedures.
Monitor the flow of baggage to ensure timely and accurate processing.
Coordinate with airlines, ground handling agents, and other stakeholders.
Ensure all baggage handling activities comply with airport regulations and safety standards.
Address and resolve baggage-related customer complaints and issues.
Ensure a high level of service is provided to passengers.
Coordinate with other airport departments, such as security and maintenance.
Communicate effectively with airline representatives and ground handling companies.
Address operational issues and disruptions quickly and efficiently.
Requirements:
Min Diploma in Aviation/Aerospace related disciplines or other relevant qualifications
Applicants without diploma but with relevant experience are welcome to apply
Able to lift/carry items
Comfortable with shift work

Compensation:
Shift allowance/month: average $240
Entitled to OT payment
Staff transport will be provided for candidates working beyond midnight
Work Week & Shift: 6 days per week, rotating shift (morning, afternoon and overnight shift)
Working Hours: 44 hours per week
