Overview:
Join our HR team as a Senior Executive on a temporary 6-month basis! In this role, you'll actively support our recruitment efforts, onboarding, and essential HR administration functions to ensure smooth operations across both existing and upcoming clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Proactively utilize multiple recruitment channels to attract and hire quality candidates that meet the staffing needs of our polyclinics.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Collaborate with HR Shared Services to manage the full onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees.
HR Administrative Support:
Coordinate with uniform vendors to ensure new hires have the correct access and uniform allocation.
Process monthly allowances for students under the pre-service sponsorship program.
Schedule pre-employment medical exams for interns and manage their monthly allowance disbursement.
Submit timely funding claims to the Ministry of Health (MOH).
Maintain accurate training records for all staff.
Update vaccination records quarterly in compliance with MOH audits.
Organize logistics for monthly department head meetings and employee engagement events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, with a focus on Human Resources preferred.
1-2 years of relevant HR experience, ideally within large organizations or healthcare.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and independent work style.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
