Position Summary :
We are seeking a Sandwich Artist to join our team immediately . The role involves greeting and serving guests, preparing products, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, and handling light paperwork. Exceptional guest service is key component of this position.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Greet and serve guests with a cheerful and helpful manner while preparing their orders.
Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and accurately explain them to guests.
Use Point of Sales system / cash register to record orders and handle payments.
Perform Cash-In Procedure, accounting for all forms of money and inventory during the shift.
Perpare food neatly , according to formula, and in a timely manner.
Check and restock product in the sandwich unit area to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift.
Adhere to proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards during food preparation, service, and clean-up.
Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant to promote a clean image, following the Wash, Rinse, and Sanitize method of cleaning.
Adhere to all quality standards, formulas and procedures as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual.
Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual
Perform light paperwork duties as assigned
Complete University of Subway courses as directed.
