Answering
phone calls and attending walk-in enquiries/requests from students, visitors
and suppliers in the General Office.
Maintain
sickbay records and taking care of students at sickbay. including early
dismissal of students due to medical reasons
Manage lost
and found items
Send/Mail
letters and documents to students and parents
Tidy and
maintain cleanliness around the reception area
Assist with
paperwork for any student-related activities and events
Data entry
on the computer
Perform
other related administrative duties as required
Requirement
General
Certificate of Education (GCE) Normal (Academic/Technical) level (3 subjects
including English)
At least
three (3) years’ experience as Receptionist with administration experience in a
school environment.
General
computer skills (Microsoft Office applications)
Basic
knowledge of first aid
