  • Maintain a talent pipeline through proactive sourcing techniques, including online platforms, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Negotiate job offers, extending employment proposals that align with company policies and candidate expectations.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new hires.
  • Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide recruitment analytics and reports to management to track hiring progress and improve recruitment efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles.
  • Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques, including online platforms and social media recruiting.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR recruitment tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices.
