- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various positions.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure role fit and alignment with company culture.
- Maintain a talent pipeline through proactive sourcing techniques, including online platforms, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Negotiate job offers, extending employment proposals that align with company policies and candidate expectations.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new hires.
- Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide recruitment analytics and reports to management to track hiring progress and improve recruitment efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles.
- Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques, including online platforms and social media recruiting.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR recruitment tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices.
