Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
- To ensure department produce Molding compounds within specifications by applying stringent quality control and adhere to SOP when operating.
- Operate and monitor chemical processess and equipment as instructed, ensuring safe, secure and efficient operations.
- Assisting supervisor with administrative paper work, daily production operations and process troubleshooting
- Materials handling and sampling for QC analysis.Work according to material segregation requirement and apply appropriately the labelling and identification
- Report materials and process abnormalities and/or need for equipment maintenance
- Work under the guidance of Supervisors to perform and complete the assigned duties in timely manner
- Assist other team members as needed based on workload and production needs.
- Ensure work done meet Quality, Quantity and Environmental & Safety standards
- Maintain work area clean, safe and organized
- any other duties assigned by Supervisor or Production Manager
Requirement
- Capable of performing repetitive (up to 20kg), flexibility bending and reaching
- Able to commit 12 hours shift (Morning & Night shift on alternate week)
- PC literate
- Entry level familiar with Plant operations
- Minimum Nitec
- Able to work independently and under pressure
