Available jobs scope:-
i) Warehouse logistic assistant:-
* Parcel Sorting: To sort parcels into the designated area.
* Quality Check: To ensure the items within the parcels will not be damaged during the sortation process.
* Operate ASM: To well operate the Automated Sorting Machine(ASM) for maintaining good efficiency of induction.
Customer service:-
* To follow up customer with daily requirement.
* To communicating with customers in person, by phone, or by computer via chat or email.
* Answering Customer questions about company, product and services.
* Excel knowledge to concluding the reports.
* Well communication skill for keeping customer having a capital connection with company.
Picker & Packer:-
* Picking product following order list from customers using a specific device to track down item's designation.
* Packing item together to ensure the item is leave protected and undamaged.
* Scanning each product code as scan out for listing stock balance in the record system.
•Ad-hoc duties to assist warehouse needs such as passing, moving, carry items as supervisor ordered.
Return & recheck warehouse:-
* Rechecking damaged parcels to ensure it can be functional again and to repacking of the returned parcel and package.
* Monitoring software system to scan in and out of the product item.
* To carry load from one designation to another designated category area.
Forklift driver:-
* Knowledge of driving a forklift vehicle to operate the duty.
* To arranging, lifting, cooperate with following order given by operation.
Warehouse dress code:- (according to PPE requirements)
* Safety Shoes

* Long Pants
