Job Description:
• Client management and sales client prospecting to identify their needs and creating suitable proposals and quotations that meet their requirements
• Client communication and relationship management - providing timely follow-up with clients via phone, email, virtual and in-person meetings to handle objections and negotiations
• Be accountable for increasing revenue and securing sales to achieve sales targets
• Provide professional customer service, client support and recommendations
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
• Proposal writing, quotation, invoicing and payments
• Events planning and coordination liaising with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure creation of a successful event programme
Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience in corporate sales
• Degree in related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace applications
