Job Responsibilities:
HR Administration & Compliance:
- Keep precise records of employees, including personal information, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws, employment standards, and company policies.
- Aid in preparing HR reports, payroll processing, and administering employee benefits and claims.
- Manage payroll, taxes, CPF (Central Provident Fund), and foreign worker levies.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Support the full recruitment process, from posting job openings and screening resumes to scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks.
- Draft employment contracts and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Organize orientation sessions to acquaint new employees with company policies and procedures.
Administrative Duties:
- Track and manage company assets, including software licenses, vehicle insurance, and road tax renewals.
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks to support overall business operations.
Job requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related role.
• Diploma in Human Resources or related fields
• Prior experience working in construction or related industries is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HR software is a plus.
