Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Junior Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
  • Prepare and cook a diverse range of Italian-inspired dishes following established recipes.
  • Prepare mise en place for our signature pizzas and pastas.
  • Contribute creatively to the development of specials and new menu items.
  • Uphold sanitation and safety standards in compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in Italian cuisine is a definite plus!
  • Valid Food Hygiene Certificate (at least Level 1).
