Roles & Responsibilities

• Interact positively and professionally with customers

• Maintain detailed knowledge of the menu and presentation standards for dishes

• Recommend and suggest orders to customers and up sell whenever possible

• Keep the stall area clean and organised throughout the day and dish washing.

• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.

• Handle cash transactions accurately, including receiving payments, providing change, and processing payments through a point-of-sale system

• Maintain cash register accuracy and reconcile sales at the end of the shift.

• Mon-Fri 12pm-8pm, Sat 10am-8pm (Six-days work week, 2x half hour meal break)

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess Basic Cooking skills will be an advantage. (Deep-Frying and Pan-Frying)

• Possess valid WSQ certificate in Food Safety and Hygiene

• Basic math skills for cash handling

• Able to operate digital Point-of-Sale system
