We are looking for self motivated individuals who can work towards having extensive product knowledge and excellent food quality / customer service in order to ensure that he/ she can promote the company and our services effectively and provide recommendations to all potential leads and customers to keep our company competitive.

We are looking for dynamic individuals to be a part our team.

You shall be:

  • Provide support to Outlet Manager in overseeing the daily setup and closing of all the cafe.
  • Preparation of food and drink as per customer’s order.
  • Maintain a healthy par stock to ensure products are available for sale by keeping an updated inventory of all food and drinks.
  • Maintain supplies and ensure proper storage of supplies delivered.
  • Ensure general cleanliness and hygiene in food prep and storage are in accordance with NEA guidelines.
  • Ensure general upkeep and maintenance of equipment and appliances.
  • Ensure proper opening and closing of cash register.
  • Any other duties as required by Outlet Manager.

Opportunity to be cross trained in Customer Services Executive Role.

  • Greeting and assist visitors with general enquiries.
  • Adhere to the Company’s SOP for daily operation and responsible for reporting daily checklist to Manager.
  • Work closely with the Manager & Golf Coaches for Golf Lesson schedules.
  • Responsible for handling cash float and credit cards. Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly sales.
  • Answering incoming telephone calls.
  • Perform necessary registration, declaration form and other requirements.
  • Ensure that all PCs and electronic equipment are functional.
  • Responsible for the optimal condition of golf range, screen rooms and house golf clubs.
  • Coordinate with vendors and services on facilities maintenance
  • Daily housekeeping & sanitization of all equipment.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties when required.

Candidate’s Checklist:

  • At least 1 year experience specializing in the customer service / hospitality / food service related field
  • Entry level candidates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
  • Must be available to work on rotating shift and weekends depending on operations requirement. (Transportation will be provided for night shift)
  • Strong proficiency in written and spoken English (Being bilingual/trilingual would be an advantage)
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and attention to detail.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to any work situation; Excellent problem-solving skills, and know how to think and act under pressure
  • Positive, extroverted, and outgoing personality with a passion for customer services.
