Responsibilities

  • Highly adept in high-pressure and deadline-driven environments, driving full sales lifecycles with a focus on territory expansion.
  • Analyze, review and identify customers' security concerns and gaps or overall security status.
  • Proactive to contact newly identified customers and to hunt for new leads
  • Promote and determine security system solutions to new and existing customer bases and to upsell services and products
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
  • Make sales presentations and site assessments
  • Design and configure system solutions
  • Prepare price proposals
  • Partnership management (Vendors and Sub-contractors) and collaboration
  • Monitoring sales results, trends and key performance indicators (KPI) for achieving annual sales targets determined by management
  • Regional and/or international travelling may be required

Requirements

  • Qualifications in Security Systems Engineering/Engineering preferred
  • 2-3 years of sales experience providing security systems solutions (CCTV, Door Access, Public Address, etc.) or system integration solutions
  • Self-motivated, highly driven and results-oriented
  • Proven track record of sales achievements and networks
  • A high level of presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently on most aspects of project tendering
  • Able to coordinate projects between the customer and project manager
  • Strong customer relationship skills
  • Demonstrate initiative and creativity by originating, anticipating and implementing new ideas.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to understand and identify key strategic issues
  • Team player and a natural networker
  • Candidates with more years of experience shall be considered for the Sales Manager role.
  • Only Singaporeans or Singapore PR will be considered for the role.

The remuneration package includes salary, allowances and sales commissions.
