Responsibilities
- Highly adept in high-pressure and deadline-driven environments, driving full sales lifecycles with a focus on territory expansion.
- Analyze, review and identify customers' security concerns and gaps or overall security status.
- Proactive to contact newly identified customers and to hunt for new leads
- Promote and determine security system solutions to new and existing customer bases and to upsell services and products
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Make sales presentations and site assessments
- Design and configure system solutions
- Prepare price proposals
- Partnership management (Vendors and Sub-contractors) and collaboration
- Monitoring sales results, trends and key performance indicators (KPI) for achieving annual sales targets determined by management
- Regional and/or international travelling may be required
Requirements
- Qualifications in Security Systems Engineering/Engineering preferred
- 2-3 years of sales experience providing security systems solutions (CCTV, Door Access, Public Address, etc.) or system integration solutions
- Self-motivated, highly driven and results-oriented
- Proven track record of sales achievements and networks
- A high level of presentation skills
- Ability to work independently on most aspects of project tendering
- Able to coordinate projects between the customer and project manager
- Strong customer relationship skills
- Demonstrate initiative and creativity by originating, anticipating and implementing new ideas.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to understand and identify key strategic issues
- Team player and a natural networker
- Candidates with more years of experience shall be considered for the Sales Manager role.
- Only Singaporeans or Singapore PR will be considered for the role.
The remuneration package includes salary, allowances and sales commissions.
