Responsibilities

Highly adept in high-pressure and deadline-driven environments, driving full sales lifecycles with a focus on territory expansion.
Analyze, review and identify customers' security concerns and gaps or overall security status.
Proactive to contact newly identified customers and to hunt for new leads
Promote and determine security system solutions to new and existing customer bases and to upsell services and products
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
Make sales presentations and site assessments
Design and configure system solutions
Prepare price proposals
Partnership management (Vendors and Sub-contractors) and collaboration
Monitoring sales results, trends and key performance indicators (KPI) for achieving annual sales targets determined by management
Regional and/or international travelling may be required

Requirements

Qualifications in Security Systems Engineering/Engineering preferred
2-3 years of sales experience providing security systems solutions (CCTV, Door Access, Public Address, etc.) or system integration solutions
Self-motivated, highly driven and results-oriented
Proven track record of sales achievements and networks
A high level of presentation skills
Ability to work independently on most aspects of project tendering
Able to coordinate projects between the customer and project manager
Strong customer relationship skills
Demonstrate initiative and creativity by originating, anticipating and implementing new ideas.
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to understand and identify key strategic issues
Team player and a natural networker
Candidates with more years of experience shall be considered for the Sales Manager role.
