From structured training, practical skills development to project-based experience and learning, the dbEnable programme will see you involved in thinking up new and innovative ideas with equally aspiring and curious individuals.

The programme consists of an orientation including an introduction to Deutsche Bank and divisional deep dive training sessions, along with structured workshops and skills sessions. You can look forward to learning from senior colleagues and recent graduates through networking sessions, and buddy and mentorship programmes.

This is a unique and worthwhile opportunity to sample the many benefits Deutsche Bank has to offer while also giving you the chance to explore whether a career in banking is right for you.

What we look for:

We recruit students and graduates who are intelligent and adaptable with excellent communication skills. They have degrees in many different disciplines. Even though good levels of numeracy are important for some roles, you won’t necessarily need a formal mathematical or financial background. Our comprehensive training programmes will give you all the technical knowledge you’ll need to build a career with us.

To be eligible for the 2025 dbEnable Work Placement Internship Programme you must:

  • Complete your studies (all final exams, coursework, and have no outstanding requirements for graduation) between 1st December 2025 and 31st July 2027.
