  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to drive business solutions that enhance customer experiences and accelerate our digital payment offerings.

Working Hours: Mon-Fri

Working Location: Tanjong Pagar

Salary Package: Up to $6500 (basic) + AWS+ VB

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for digital payment solutions.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business strategies.
  • Identify, document, and optimize payment processes and workflows.
  • Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure smooth delivery of digital payment products.
  • Perform gap analysis to propose improvements in payment platforms and systems.
  • Support end-to-end project management from requirement gathering through to implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech or digital payment solutions.
  • Strong understanding of payment gateways, digital wallets, and mobile payment systems.
  • Experience in working with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards in the payment/fintech industry is a plus.
