Job Description
Efficiently manage GM’s calendar, including scheduling of meetings and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
Plan and organize travel arrangements including booking flights, accommodations, transportation and applying of visa
Ensure the GM is well prepare for meetings with all the necessary information and materials s
Coordinate and prioritize meeting requests, ensuring optimal time management
Prepare, submit and track expense reports for GM
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcome integration into the team
Coordinate the offboarding system
Assist in preparation in the departmental reports, presentations, and correspondence
Organize and coordinate meetings, including setting agenda, taking minutes and follow up on actions items
Provide general administrative support to GM and the Emerging Market Team
Handle ad-hoc request and special assignments as needed
Continuously seek opportunities to improve administrative processes and effectiveness
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Admin or in a similar administrative role for at least 2 years
Exceptional organize and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
