About the role

We need energetic Interns to support in-country commercial initiatives in partnership with the Commercial Manager and Distributor.

Key Responsibilities

With guidance from Commercial Manager, the commercial intern is expected to deliver

Commercial projects

  • To build and operationalise the system for regular tracking and reporting of in-store sales fundamentals (i.e. distribution, planogram adherence, displays etc.)
  • Conduct regular in-store display compliance checks across the market
  • Ensure in-store execution excellence to drive brand awareness, visibility, engagement and trial
  • Analyse competitive landscape and conduct price and product benchmarking to inform and work with decision-makers on how to improve competitive positioning and pricing / promotions strategy
  • Prepare proposals with recommendations to further enhance in-store presence and drive sales

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing towards a degree in Business Administration / Management or related discipline
  • Able to commit full/part-time for 5- 6 months from October 2024 onwards
  • High level of attention to detail combined with strong analysis
  • Good attitude & ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Clear verbal and written communication
  • Strong learning agility with proactive, can do attitude
  • Team player
  • Strong skills in Microsoft including Excel and Power Point
  • Singaporean or Permanent Resident
