Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients in the Asia Pacific Region
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they derive full value from the company’s news, prices, and data services
- Provide ongoing support and training to clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement
- Gather and communicate user feedback to help improve product offerings
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in B2B account management, with a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Proven track record of meeting client satisfaction targets and expanding accounts
- Comfortable with regular client interactions, including phone calls and face-to-face meetings
- A proactive and client-focused attitude, thriving in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Fluent in English and at least one other language
