Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales/Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and account management within the enterprise software space, specifically with experience in SaaS, RPA, AI, or related digital transformation technologies. This role involves driving new business opportunities, managing key accounts, building a strong partner and channel ecosystem, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering innovative automation solutions that align with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand Laiye’s footprint within the APAC region.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring customer needs are met and providing ongoing support.
  • Partner and Channel Management: Develop and nurture relationships with key partners and channel networks. Collaborate with partners to drive joint go-to-market initiatives, maximize sales opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions to customers through a robust partner ecosystem.
  • Solution Selling: Understand client pain points and business objectives, and tailor automation solutions that address those needs. Provide product demonstrations and work with technical teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Sales Quota Achievement: Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by closing new deals, growing existing accounts, and leveraging partner networks for scalability.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align go-to-market strategies, ensure product success, and optimize partner engagements.
  • Market Insights: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs to inform business strategies and partner development efforts.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales or account management, preferably in SaaS, RPA, or AI sectors.
  • Track Record: Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, managing large enterprise accounts, and driving revenue growth through direct sales and partner channels.
  • Partner & Channel Management: Experience in building and managing a partner ecosystem, including resellers, distributors, and strategic alliances.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of enterprise automation solutions, RPA, AI, and how they apply to industries like healthcare, supply chain, or manufacturing.
  • Relationship Builder: Strong networking and relationship-building skills with C-level executives, decision-makers, and partner organizations.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and engage with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Bilingual Advantage: Proficiency in more than one language, especially Mandarin or other regional languages, is a plus and can be an advantage when working with regional clients and partners.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment with a focus on results.
  • Regional Knowledge: Familiarity with the Singapore market and broader APAC region is a plus.
