Your Impact:

As our Account Director, you will be the linchpin of our client relationships, ensuring excellence in account servicing while actively driving new business growth. You’ll work at the intersection of creativity and strategy, turning client needs into outstanding event experiences and positioning Unearthed Productions as the go-to partner for impactful events.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Partnership & Servicing:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring that their needs are met with tailored, creative solutions.
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships that deepen our client partnerships.
  • Oversee the execution of events through our Events Operations Team from concept to completion, ensuring that all deliverables align with client expectations and our quality standards.

Business Development:

  • Provide direction for our Business Development team to hunt for new business opportunities in the events and hospitality sectors, expanding our client base.
  • Develop strategic plans to convert prospects into long-term clients, building a pipeline of sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and pitch presentations that resonate with potential clients.

Leadership & Strategy:

  • Inspire and mentor the commercial team, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies that align with company goals, driving both client satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to proactively identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: A minimum of 8 years in account management and business development, ideally within the events and hospitality industries.
  • Proven Success: A strong track record of growing client accounts and winning new business.
  • Leadership: A natural leader who can inspire, guide, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Client-Centric: Exceptional client servicing skills with the ability to translate needs into effective solutions.
