We’re searching for a Human Resources Intern to be part of our Human Resources Department diverse team of talent.

What you will be working on:

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:

• Handle and support end-to-end recruitment process

• Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires

• Partner with hiring managers in understanding job scopes, talent needs and challenges

• Serve as a liaison with employment agencies, tertiary institutions and industry associations for talent outreach

• Manage talent acquisition programs including referrals, internships, scholarships, career fairs and ad-hoc industry events

• Provide talent acquisition-related consultation and administrative support

Employee Engagement:

• Provide support for internal communication, employee request and Employee Engagement activities

• Coordinate HR Project initiatives (e.g. Company Transform write up/ participation, Procedures enhancements)

• Provide administrative support

More about you:

• Diploma/ Degree in Business Management/ Human Resources/ Psychology

• Able to commit 3 months and more

• Good team player, positive attitude and willing to learn
