The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving value creation of our portfolio companies, via hirings of senior management, designing compensation structures, and overseeing performance reviews and tracking for our portfolio companies. This role also requires close collaboration with the HR teams of portfolio companies to develop robust HR policies and manage special projects related to integration or restructuring

What does the role involve?

Workplace Engagement: Proactively address and resolve employee concerns, ensuring a supportive and positive work environment that encourages open communication and collaboration among team members.

Compensation Management: Oversee and implement comprehensive employee remuneration and benefits programs, including payroll processing, ensuring competitiveness to attract and retain top talent.

Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify and engage outstanding candidates, utilizing innovative sourcing strategies to build a diverse and qualified team capable of thriving in a dynamic setting.

HR Metrics Monitoring: Analyze and interpret workforce data, such as hiring trends, employee turnover, and retention rates, to identify patterns that inform strategic decisions and enhance overall organizational effectiveness.

Employee Development: Conduct assessments to identify skill gaps and create tailored training initiatives that support employee growth, align with career aspirations, and enhance overall team performance.

Performance Support: Provide expert guidance to leadership and employees regarding performance evaluations, succession planning, and related issues, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

HR Project Leadership: Lead and manage projects focused on improving HR practices and driving organizational change, ensuring that initiatives align with the organization's values and support its mission.

What experience do you need?

  • HR or similar degree
  • Ability to present in front of board members
  • Team orientated
  • 15+ years of HR experience
  • Extensive experience in senior HR roles within the industrial and manufacturing sectors
