Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Sales:
  • Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels (cold calling, networking, social media).
  • Present and promote gym memberships, personal training packages, and fitness products to prospective customers.
  • Conduct tours of the gym to potential members, highlighting the benefits and features of our facilities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
  • Maintain positive relationships with existing members to encourage renewals and referrals.
  • Marketing:
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to drive membership sales and brand awareness.
  • Manage and organize marketing campaigns, both online and offline, including social media, email marketing, and promotional events.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms to attract and retain followers.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and strategies.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce marketing materials such as flyers, posters, and digital ads.
  • Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all members and potential customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
  • Gather feedback from members to improve services and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for health and fitness.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM tools, email marketing platforms).
