Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in German and English
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, product information, and general issues in a professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and solve complex problems.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of customer inquiries.
  • Stay updated on product offerings and company policies to provide accurate and timely information to customers.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in German (native or C1 level) and proficient in English.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a similar role is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM systems and basic computer skills.
