What You'll Do:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the section and ensure the KPIs/ regulatory requirements are met
  • Responsible for ensuring daily lodgement of EBS bills
  • Responsible for meeting the section’s KPI, e.g. process adjustment and refund within 7 business days
  • Supervise and provide guidance to team leaders and staff
  • Review and streamline work processes for better efficiency and improve productivity
  • Manage feedback (Internal and external), liaise with relevant stakeholders, conduct root cause analysis and work on process improvement
  • Liaise with ITD or/and any other external vendors on system changes and feasibility studies
  • Liaise with Principals, vendors, and stakeholders on operational matters
  • Plan, test, monitor and implement UATs for system change/ projects/ initiatives
  • Undertake ad hoc projects assigned from time to time

What you'll need:

  • Degree from a recognised University with at least 2 years of working experience in utilities industry.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem resolution skills
  • Possess good communication, interpersonal skills and able to work in a team
  • Possess initiative and drive with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
