We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler with expertise in both Revit and Archicad to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the development, coordination, and delivery of BIM models for a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Modeling and Documentation: Create, manage, and update BIM models using Revit and Archicad to support project requirements from design through to construction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of project models and documentation.
  • Coordination: Facilitate the coordination of BIM models across multiple disciplines, ensuring clash detection and resolution.
  • Standards Compliance: Adhere to and help develop company and project-specific BIM standards and workflows.
  • Quality Control: Perform regular audits on models to ensure compliance with project standards and industry best practices.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on Revit and Archicad software and BIM processes.
  • Project Management: Assist in project management tasks, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
  • Innovation: Stay updated with the latest BIM trends, tools, and technologies, and recommend improvements to current practices.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in BIM modeling with proficiency in Revit and Archicad.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Revit and Archicad, including family creation, parametric modeling, and project setup.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with other BIM-related software such as Navisworks, Dynamo, Solibri, and BIM 360.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of construction methods, building systems, and industry standards such as ISO 19650.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: Professional certifications such as Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit or Archicad certification.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a multi-disciplinary environment and involvement in large-scale projects.
