My client is an international beverage FMCG looking for a strong marketing leader to lead the regional brand strategy to define and deliver integrated B2B marketing campaigns across Asia.

Job Duties:

  • Develop effective regional ATL and execute marketing campaigns to ensure brand’s overall objectives are achieved.
  • New market entry launches to accelerate growth.
  • Collaborate with in-market and close collaborations with cross functional team to ensure alignment and deployment of brand strategy and communications to ensure brand plans have maximum impact.
  • Drive digital marketing through data analytics and ROIs in mind.
  • Develop social media channels, brand/marketing websites, mobile channels and advertising platform.
  • Plan, lead, and execute marketing events and exhibitions.
  • Responsible for creating digital assets with hands-on experience in the development of brand concepts, campaigns, social and digital media.
  • Demonstrated experience working with external media and creative agencies to develop assets and review and recommend improvements to media plans.
  • Proven ability to use GA to track relevant metrics and proactively adjust assets and media plans to better hit pre-defined targets.
  • Monitor regional marketing budget, monthly reporting of marketing effectiveness and weekly project status reporting.
  • Support in marketing presentations and reports, consumer analysis and monitoring of new product brand’s performance vs target/ forecast.
  • Identify consumer landscape, competitor analysis and development of brand ecosystem.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Minimum relevant Degree (preferably with minimum 7 years working experience in B2B Marketing, ecommerce and/or in FMCG industry.
  • Prior experience in regional markets is preferred.
  • Excellent in managing big numbers, data analysis, and with appetite for growth through results-led experimentation.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude and take ownership in the roles and projects.
