What’s involved:

This exciting opportunity will have you maintaining and strengthening our business relationships with existing customers and to develop new markets with potential and readiness for our portfolio of brands. This role would best suit someone looking to grow in a Business Development Manager position with South East Asia exposure.

You’ll be helping us to inspire the love of wine for generations to come, but some of your main role responsibilities include:

  • Annual AOP forecast.
  • Annual Strategic Business Planning.
  • Support distribution and marketing activities of local markets.
  • Tracking of customer’s Depletion, Stockholding and Forecasting on a regular basis.
  • Understanding local market’s wines and spirit’s landscape.
  • Understanding competitors’ activities and market trends.
  • Tracking results and creating solutions through monthly reports.
  • Supporting HQ directives for innovation.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • 3-5 years’ experience, ideally in Singapore.
  • Basic wine knowledge.
  • Experience in alcohol industry/food and beverage/trade marketing or off-premise sales.
  • Experience in negotiations of product sell in, executed through product regular & special display, promotions, POSMs.
  • Understanding of product and pricing segmentation.
  • Distributor wholesale management.
  • Online sales experience (desirable).
  • SEA experience desirable (willing to travel 30-50% of the time).
  • Bilingual and local SEA dialects (desirable).
  • Proficiency in budgeting forecast (internal and external), excel analytical reports and marketing plan power point presentations.
