Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Sales Management

  • Align brand direction, analyze market trend and industry dynamics to formulate retail direction and strategy.
  • Formulate business plan & KPI focus, analyze business trend, and initiate action plans. Lead store team to exceed sales and P&L targets.

Client Experience & CRM

  • Ensure store team well present brand guidelines and deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Align with CRM strategies and priorities, closely review execution and efficiency of client communication to build up long term business. Work with Marketing and store team to launch in-store activation or corporate events.
  • Partner with SEA Customer Service Manager to properly handle after-sales services and customer feedback.

Staff Management

  • Actively participate in team management including acquisition, talent development, motivation programs, coaching, performance review and succession plan.
  • Partner with Regional Training Manager to customize staff development programs including CXE survey, service & selling skills, clienteling, product knowledge, industrial knowledge, language and management trainings to uplift team efficiency.
  • Conduct regular field visit to keep track staff progress with KPIs measurement and evaluate training effectiveness.

Retail Operations

  • Standardize, implement and optimize retail operation efficiency. Oversee day-to-day execution and ensure adherence to brand policies, compliance, and control guidelines.
  • Well maintain cross functional communication to offer efficient operation and administration supports including marketing & promotion, product launch, assortment, allocation, logistic, IT & systems and finance control.
  • Assist ad hoc tasks if required.

REQUIREMENTS:-

  • University graduate or above.
  • Minimum 5 years solid experience of retail management in FMCG and Retail industry, luxury brands preferred.
  • Solid experience of client experiences and CRM management.
  • Proactive, self-driven and result oriented.
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, work well with all levels.
  • Multi-tasking, able to work under fast-paced working environment.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills especially Excel and Power Point. BI reporting is a plus.
