Job Purpose:

This role is required to manage another 4-6 team members handling specific product line(s). This nd team will handle around 500 partners. The Manager, Account Management
will be helping the product team to reach their target to each vendor/principals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops strong, strategic relationships for business partner's growth in quality and quantity (30%)

  • Provides leadership and guidance in critical customer planning and engagement (15%)

  • Conducts regular business reviews to track progress toward revenue and growth goals (30%)

  • Supports CAM team for further development related to the Company's business goals (10%)

  • Ensuring solutions and handles escalated complaints from business partners (10%)

  • Manage operational and daily business inside the team (5%)

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • 1 to 3 Years of relevant work experience

  • 1 to 3 Years of experience directly managing / supervising employees.

  • Master's / Postgraduate Degree with Operational Field of Study preferred.

  • Bachelor's Degree with Administration field of study required.

  • Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.

  • Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.

  • Able to interact effectively with all levels of management.

  • Able to use a 10-key quickly and accurately.

  • Possesses basic clerical and data entry skills.

  • Possesses strong data entry skills.

  • Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.

  • Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

  • Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Able to build solid, effective working relationships with others.

  • Able to exhibit ability to be sensitive to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others.

Working Conditions:

  • Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
