Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage and Events Director to join our team. This pivotal role will oversee all Food & Beverage operations and manage every aspect of events hosted at the club. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the F&B landscape in Singapore and will be tasked to develop and implement a long-term F&B strategy while effectively managing our current temporary setup with an external partner.

Key Responsibilities:

Food & Beverage Management:

· Develop a new F&B business model to align with strategic goals of the Club, requirements of its members whilst enhancing operational efficiency and profitability.

· Collaborate closely with the F&B committee and Main Committee on the business models, financial analyses and Key Performance Indicators.

· Lead the implementation of aligned F&B strategies, developing the right In-house support structure and collaborating with 3rd party operators, if applicable.

· Curate and oversee an extensive drinks portfolio to ensure diverse and high-quality offerings.

· Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to support seamless operations and procurement.

· Develop and implement effective pricing strategies for menus to optimize profitability and competitiveness.

· Create and maintain budgets for food and beverage operations, including forecasting and cost control.

· Conduct thorough sales and performance analysis to identify trends, drive improvements, and achieve revenue targets.

· Identify and manage partnerships and sponsorships within the F&B sector to enhance brand presence and opportunities.

· Implement and monitor quality control measures together with our partner to maintain high standards across all F&B operations.

· Manage POS system to streamline transactions and inventory processes, while also leveraging data insights to enhance our offering and performance.

· Design and deliver comprehensive service training programs to improve team performance and member satisfaction.

· Develop and implement standard operational procedures to ensure consistence and high-quality delivery.

· Lead end-to-end together with the events manager the wide range of events, including private parties, corporate functions, club events and sport socials.

· Work closely with the membership department and sports teams to develop a robust and action-packed events and socials calendar

General:

· Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to keep the club’s offerings competitive and innovative.

· Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere within the club.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred

· Past experience in running your own bar or restaurant is preferred

· Minimum of 8 years of experience in food and beverage management and event planning, with at least 5 years in a supervisory managerial role.

· Proven track record of successful event management and high-level customer service.

· Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

· Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with event management software preferred.

Salary Range:

• $7000 - $9000 per month (depending on experience)
