Mission of the Position (Hiring Goals, Strategies & Process, Company’s Branding)

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for meeting hiring goals, developing and executing strategies & process, and leading company’s branding initiative. This individual is responsible for developing comprehensive recruitment strategies that attract both active and passive talents, while maintaining a database of potential hires and executing outreach activities. The manager also plays a crucial role in building the company's branding strategy, participating in events and preparing collaterals to engage potential candidates and reinforce the organization's brand presence.

1. Strategy and Targets: Executing and implement comprehensive hiring strategies to achieve recruitment targets for teachers and centre leadership positions, while coordinating with other departments to align hiring needs with organizational objectives.

2. Sourcing and Interviewing: Proactively source and engage passive and active talents in the marketplace to meet current and future talent pipeline needs, while conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for roles within Aureus, ensuring alignment with company culture and values.

3. Elevated Candidate Engagement Journey: Deliver a high-level candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, by providing timely communication, feedback, and support, while continuously assessing and enhancing the candidate journey to reflect the organization's commitment to professionalism and respect.

4. Events Management: Engage with educational institutions, organisations for events, career fairs etc to attract top talent, and foster relationships with potential candidates.

5. Advertising Campaigns: Design and execute targeted advertising campaigns to attract top talent, utilizing various platforms and strategies to effectively reach desired candidate demographics and maximize recruitment outcomes.

6. Communication and Transparency: Ensure consistent alignment with company values through transparent communication across all channels, including regular huddles and more.

7. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics tools to track recruitment metrics, assess strategy effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement. Generate regular insights to inform decision-making and showcase talent acquisition's impact on organizational goals.

8. Continuous Improvement: Proactively gather feedback from hiring managers and stakeholders to innovate talent acquisition processes, while implementing continuous learning initiatives to enhance the team's skills and capabilities, staying ahead of recruitment trends.

9. Ad-Hoc: Fulfill additional duties as assigned by management to support the overall objectives of the organization.

Key Accountabilities

  2. Company’s Branding- Enhance the company's branding efforts to increase social media followers and generate more leads through targeted advertising campaigns.

Hiring Criteria

  • Monthly Salary: SGD 3000-SGD 4500
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment, including 1 year in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Datas driven individual.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, able to translate insights into effective recruitment strategies.
  • Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments, adept at managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
