We are partnering our client in the Feed Additives industry to hire for a Commercial Director role, which will be heading their business in SEA region. The role can be based in any country in SEA.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of APAC, the role focuses on developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue and market share while ensuring customer satisfaction. It involves building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and equipping the SEA sales team with necessary tools and support. Collaboration with key stakeholders is essential for aligning strategies with business objectives and managing financial commitments. Regular performance reviews, maintaining dashboards, and streamlining operations are key tasks. The position also emphasizes talent development, fostering a customer-centric culture, and promoting ethical conduct. Additionally, leveraging data analytics to inform sales strategies and evaluating sales technology solutions are important components of the role.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred) and have 10 to 15 years of sales and management experience in the feed additives industry, with a proven track record in driving top-line growth. You should be results-driven, adept at swift execution, and skilled in navigating matrix organizations. Excellent communication and influencing abilities are essential, along with a strong customer focus and the capability to champion effective solutions. Additionally, strong organizational and people management skills are required, along with a passion for building collaborative, high-performing teams.
