Job Summary:
As a Sales Agent for CorpStage, you are the first point of contact with potential clients across
various global regions. Your role is to introduce businesses to the CorpStage platform, offering
them a basic understanding of our ESG services, and then seamlessly transitioning them to our
internal team for further engagement. You will manage leads, take meetings, and actively
contribute to CorpStage’s growth by driving awareness and client acquisition. Candidates from Indonesia are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Conduct introductory meetings with potential clients to present the
core benefits and features of the CorpStage platform and services.
Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and connect with potential clients in your
designated region through networking, digital outreach, and referrals.
Client Handover: Ensure a smooth transition for interested clients by coordinating with
CorpStage’s internal teams for detailed product demonstrations and onboarding.
Regional Coverage: Manage your assigned territory efficiently, understanding the unique
ESG requirements and challenges faced by businesses in that region.
Follow-Up & Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with prospects
to ensure engagement, addressing any initial questions or concerns they may have.
Reporting: Track your interactions, leads, and outcomes to provide regular updates to
the sales management team.
Weekly Meetings: Participate in weekly review meetings with the sales team to share
insights, challenges, and strategies.
Must-Have Skills:
Sales Experience: 2+ years in sales, particularly in SaaS, technology, or B2B services.
Effective Communication: Ability to clearly explain complex ESG solutions and
CorpStage’s platform benefits in a way that resonates with diverse clients.
Client Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly with
prospects, ensuring a positive client experience from the first interaction.
Self-Motivation & Organisation: Ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple leads,
and organise outreach efforts across different time zones.
Adaptability: Flexible in working with different cultures, industries, and regulations across
your assigned region.
Tools & Resources:
Spreadsheets: Use spreadsheets for customer relationship management, tracking client
interactions, leads, and status updates.
Sales Resources: Access to CorpStage’s sales collateral, including pitch decks,
brochures, and introductory materials.
Training: Regular training on the CorpStage platform, ESG trends, and effective sales
techniques to stay ahead in the market.
