In this role, you’ll:

  • Review talent management frameworks and strategies for a dynamic talent landscape in the public healthcare sector.
  • Drive the implementation of talent strategies in close collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the implementation of sectoral succession planning and leadership appointment processes in collaboration with respective counterparts in public healthcare clusters, institutions, and agencies.

  • Implement the annual sectoral succession planning cycle in collaboration with partners across public healthcare clusters, institutions, and agencies.
  • Review proposals for key senior leadership appointments and provide inputs and pointers to support appointment approval process.
  • Review processes to enhance the accuracy, efficiency and insights that could be generated from succession planning processes.
  • Partner with MOH and MOHH subsidiaries to implement new initiatives and processes.

Review and implement talent and succession management strategies and frameworks for the public healthcare sector.

  • Review talent management, and succession management related strategies and processes.
  • Develop career and competency frameworks and talent development programmes.
  • Implement career mobility programmes for talent across the public healthcare sector.
  • Analyse talent metrices to evaluate the effectiveness of talent strategies.

Review and implement sectoral talent management programmes for public healthcare.

  • Collaborate with talent leaders of the public healthcare sector to drive and implement sectoral talent strategies and programmes.
  • Drive the implementation of talent management initiatives and programmes to ensure outcomes are achieved.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimally 6 years of HR working experience, with preferably a specialisation in talent management. Experience in public sector and/or healthcare would be an added advantage.
  • Experience in developing and implementing talent strategies, preferably in a centre of excellence role.
  • Strong analytical ability, and attention to details.
  • Highly effective in written and verbal communication.
  • Strong interpersonal and engagement skills.
