Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team. This role is essential to growing the business by onboarding new customers and expanding relationships with existing clients. The Regional Sales Manager will focus on selling Microsoft and Cisco products, licenses, and managed services across Singapore and some growth markets in ASEAN. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional who will be the first sales hire and will eventually build and lead a sales team as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets for Microsoft and Cisco products and managed services.

- Identify and onboard new customers, while also managing and growing relationships with existing clients.

- Build a pipeline of qualified leads, conduct meetings, and close sales.

- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful service delivery.

- Provide regular reports and updates to the CEO on sales activities, pipeline progress, and market insights.

- As the business grows, recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.

Requirements:

- 8-10 years of overall experience,

- 2-3 years in sales, particularly within the systems integrator (SI) environment.

- Proven experience in selling Microsoft and Cisco products, licenses, and managed services.

- Experience working at a distributor is a plus.

- Strong business development and relationship management skills.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently as the first sales hire.

- Experience in building and leading a sales team is a plus.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
