An organization is actively seeking a Senior Director, APJC Distribution Sales to play a pivotal role on our in their industry defining partner sales organization. This executive will be instrumental in driving business results and transformational outcomes, fostering a culture of innovation by spearheading a high-performance, world-class partner sales team focused on APJC Distributors and the channel partners they support .
You have:

- Lead sales initiatives across a diverse distribution and partner ecosystem. This entails robust sales forecasting, a laser focus on sales execution, and fostering deep engagement with our distributors, while strengthening the synergies across various theaters in APJC to amplify sales momentum.
- Champion the recruitment, cultivation, and strategic collaboration with key distributors, aligning their capabilities and go-to-market strategies with the organization’s vision to drive mutual growth.
- Serve as a transformational leader with a proven track record of steering large-scale sales initiatives, enhancing partner ecosystem interactions, and elevating the organization’s position within the market.
- Operate with a rigorous sales mentality, driving ambitious sales and revenue targets, and pioneering strategic go-to-market plans that propel company growth and expand market share through our Partners.
- Drive a rigorous sales pipeline and forecast process and foster a sales culture in the team and the partners that consistently delivers and exceeds sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partner executives, while effectively aligning them to the organization’s strategic direction and core values.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration with the APJC leadership team, establishing deep-rooted partnerships that elevate the role of Distribution in the region.
- Recruit, inspire, and lead a partner sales and BDM team of the highest caliber, instilling a culture of operational excellence and market leadership. Attract new talent and nurture a workplace environment that retains top performers, all while maximizing the potential of the partner ecosystem.
- Understand the operational complexity of channel sales and drive excellence in business operations through experience and effective partnerships.
You have:
- 8-12 years senior leadership experience and should possess partner leadership, as well as sales leadership
- 8-12 years in leadership roles developing and selling solutions to substantially sized partner networks
- Demonstrated track record managing significant revenue responsibility and overachieving sales targets
- Demonstrated experience with partner pipeline management and deal qualification
- Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership, think strategically and effectively communicate vision (both written and verbal) and influence cross-functionally
- Proven ability in developing partner networks within the sales motions, including marketing demand generation, campaign management, etc.
- Adept at balancing intense short-term pressures with overall long-term goals
- Strong executive presence, polish, and political savvy. Strong leadership skills in coaching and developing a large, complex partner network.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to persuade — using simple communications that convey complex concepts in a compelling, concise, and creative way
