Online Distribution Channel (OTAs) Optimization

  • Regularly review of key channel extranets to ensure global distribution strategies are adhered to.
  • Lead Monthly or Quarterly Business reviews with key partners for Asia region. Provide feedback to Regional Revenue Leadership & the Senior Manager, Global Online Distribution.
  • Provide support in building regular reports on key OTA performance metrics to be shared with hotel key stakeholders
  • Support RDMs/GODM on any OTA promotion setups or content amendments.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on OTA marketing results.
  • Actively drive parity performance for the Asia hotels.

System Administration

  • Support the creation of and/or update of Standard Operating Procedure documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of training manuals, presentations for both internal and external use.
  • Develop and maintain the quality and usability of Global Distribution Public Resources knowledge hub.
  • Audit and investigate rate parity violations on Fornova and support global parity efforts.
  • Train newly onboard property-level revenue staff to be in line with company standards and ensure rate and hotel information integrity is maintained in all channels.

Other responsibilities

  • Adhoc system reporting and projects as required.

Requirements

  • Min. 5 years experience in a hotel environment, ideally Distribution or Revenue Management or E-commerce, with experience in hospitality technology a bonus.
  • Good understanding of or experience in the hotel distribution landscape and the associated technology (CM, PMS, CRS, parity tool etc) for multiple hotels is highly advantageous.
  • Strong commercial and knowledge with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel, Word, & Powerpoint.
  • The ability to adapt in working environments that may involve multiple time zones, cultures and working styles.
  • Ability to work under pressure with flexibility to adjust the approach according to scenarios.
  • Experience with working in a multi–hotel or chain environment.
  • Experience with using OTA Extranets and Fornova DI Parity Tool
  • Experience leading trainings and/or writing Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Experience in Partner Account Management.
