HR Generalist /Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, company policy broadcast. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing the group’s overall human resources strategy to support company business goals and growth plans.
  • Execute talent recruitment and team building, ensuring the attraction and selection of suitable candidates while optimizing recruitment channels and methods.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as branch office registration and employee visa processing.
  • Oversee comprehensive human resources management, including employee performance management, training and development, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.
  • Promote the implementation and execution of the group's HR systems, processes, and policies.
  • Work closely with business teams to provide HR-related consultation and solutions.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with over 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the internet or financial industries.
  • Proficient in recruitment and overall HR management, with strong execution and professional skills.
  • Familiar with Singapore labor laws and related compliance, with relevant HR knowledge and capability, and an understanding of HR management processes.
  • Strong learning ability and problem-solving skills.
