We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative / Accounts / HR Support Assistant to join our growing team. This role is crucial in supporting our daily operations across multiple departments, ensuring smooth administrative, financial, and HR processes.



Key Responsibilities:



• Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.

• Assist in basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliation.

• Support HR activities, including maintaining employee records, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding.

• Handle office supply inventory, ordering as needed.

• Collaborate with team members to improve administrative and operational efficiency.

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.



Requirements:



• Minimum diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field.

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in an administrative, accounts, or HR role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving is a plus.
