Key Responsibilities:

Logistics Strategy:Develop and implement logistics strategies that align with business objectives.
Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Inventory Management:Oversee inventory control and manage stock levels to ensure products are available for delivery.
Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure proper storage and handling of goods.
Transportation & Distribution:Manage transportation operations, including scheduling, route planning, and fleet maintenance.
Coordinate the distribution of goods to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers.
Supplier & Vendor Relationships: Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and other logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the best terms for the organization.
Compliance & Safety: Compliance with local, national, and international regulations related to logistics and transportation.
Promote a safe working environment and enforce safety policies and procedures.
Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Implement new technologies and practices to streamline operations.
Budget & Cost Management:Develop and manage the logistics budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness in all operations.
Monitor and control expenses to achieve financial targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in logistics management or a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in logistics software and technology.
Knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Working Conditions:

Work schedule: 5.5 days per week, Monday to Saturday (half day)
Work environment: Office and warehouse
