Management Trainee (Junior Level)

Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote products or services

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage face to face customer through effective customer relationship management (CRM) practices
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Utilize strong communication skills to interact with customers, team members and management team

Skills Required

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing and Management
• Willing to be train as training will be provided
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Able to travel and work with team
• Result oriented and sales driven
• Fresh graduates welcome and no working experiences required
• A person with great intuition and initiative
• A highly motivated self-starter able to work autonomously
• Focused on developing strong relationships to grow existing accounts
• Committed to acquiring significant new business

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,200.00 per month
